Clearing the browser preview

Select Remove source and clear in the player sidebar, or leave the page and close the tab. The browser player does not persist credentials in application storage. Remove your own local M3U and subtitle files from their storage locations if needed. Passwords and history saved by the browser itself are managed in browser settings.

Sources and local data

Remove the saved source or use the version’s erase-all-local-data control in app settings. Do this especially on a shared TV and before changing users. A playlist URL containing credentials is also a service credential.

Separate files and external services

Delete exported backups, downloads and recordings from their storage locations. If needed, clear pairing-browser data on a shared phone. Uninstalling does not remove every separate file or protected store on all platforms. Erasing Aava does not delete a content-service account or cancel a subscription.
